Phil assists Tockwith & District Agricultural Society by sitting as its Honorary Legal Advisor.
Phil is a specialist Public Notary and Senior Associate with decades of experience assisting clients with property matters.
He works with residential sellers and purchasers of all kinds, developers, the agricultural sectors and undertaken Notary work for a wide variety of individuals and industries.
Phil was behind the launch of the firm’s Notary service in September 2018, which ensures that regardless of the national jurisdiction documents will be accepted by courts and authorities.
He also has experience in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, re-mortgages, homes of multiple occupation, the transfer of equity and equity release.
He is a member of the Notary Society, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Agricultural Law Association, the Yorkshire Agricultural Society and an NFU professional.
