Two of our incredible team members, Kimberley Brookes and Phil Robinson took on the GSC Grays Charity Walk on behalf of the Two Ridings Community Foundation, a fantastic charity supporting Yorkshire communities with grants for grassroots developments and change.

We are proud to sponsor the 12th Poppleton Beer & Music Festival taking place on 7th & 8th June. This hugely popular festival raises money for the local Poppleton Football Club.

This year we have chosen to support the fantastic work at York Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU). We have already started fund raising and have events planned throughtout the year.

Tiny Tickers – We chose Tiny Tickers as our charity of the year for 2021 and are really pleased to have raised money for this great organisation. The work that they do to assist families with babies afflicted by congenital heart disease is incredible.

Hethertons entered a team in the Hunter Gee Holroyd ‘Strike it Lucky’ event, helping to raise a fantastic £3,500 in aid of Martin House Children’s Hospice.

Hethertons is delighted to sponsor the Tockwith & District Agricultural Show, a great family day out whilst promoting the practice of agriculture, horticulture, livestock breeding and arts and crafts which are of educational benefit to the community.

Hethertons is proud to sponsor The Wilberforce Trust Charity Golf Day which will raise money for a sensory room to be installed in the new Living and Learning Zone they are building in 2020.

Continued our ongoing support of Acomb Cricket Club, a family orientated club with 2 senior teams and a thriving junior section.

Sarah Hubery participated in the 2018 Yorkshire Marathon, completing 26.2 miles to raise much needed funds for the firm’s charity of the year, Tiny Tickers.

The Special Olympics’ Yorkshire & Humberside Regional Short Mat Carpet Bowls Competition hosted in York once again thanks to the sponsorship of Hethertons.

Barbara Stephens and eight other volunteers take part in York Legal Walk in aid of the Yorkshire Legal Support Trust.

York Light Youth put on a series of shows of the ‘Barnum’ – a circus musical based on the life of the famous showman P.T. Barnum – with the support of Hethertons.

Lucy Martindale, an administrative assistant at Hethertons Solicitors, raised more than £400 for Cancer Research UK by taking part in the Pretty Muddy 5k.

We sponsored the first ever TrustFest, a local charity festival in Boroughbridge Road, which raised money for cancer charity the Candlelighters.

We announced the winner of our photo competition to raise money for our chosen charity Zoë’s Place.
