Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors walking and appreciating wildlife, as well as music, singing, history and cooking.
Kim is an experienced Solicitor Advocate (Higher Rights – Criminal) with over 30 years of experience across private practice, local government and consultancy roles.
Kim’s expertise covers a broad range of legal areas, including criminal, civil, family and regulatory law. with particular experience in employment law, having specialised in this area for a number of years. Kim has represented individuals, businesses and public sector organisations, with extensive advocacy experience across the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court, Court of Appeal, County Court and Employment Tribunal.
Alongside Kim’s legal career, he has also served local government, including as Leader of Rutland County Council.
