Wishing Toby Conyers-Kelley a happy retirement

Our team are wishing Toby Conyers-Kelly a happy retirement!

Since joining us as the Head of Dispute Resolution in 2007, Toby had a longstanding impact on our firm, supporting countless clients throughout his time at Hethertons.

Toby became our Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement in 2022 and amassed more than 25 years of experience dealing with a wide variety of complex and high value commercial disputes, including those arising between company shareholders and within partnerships.

In addition, he gained extensive experience of business disputes involving breach of contract, professional negligence, landlord and tenant, and intellectual property rights.

Toby will certainly not be resting on his laurels during retirement. He plays tennis in the York Mixed Doubles League and holds a Lawn Tennis Association coaching qualification.

He also plays badminton and competitive chess in the second division of the York Chess Evening League.

Whilst it is sad to see Toby leave, we wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.
