Continuing York’s summer of arts and culture, the York Georgian Festival is on its way, opening on 1 August 2024!
Now in its second year, the festival is hosted by York Mansion House. It provides local families and history enthusiasts with an insight into Georgian culture, balls and high society.
In addition to tours, talks and interactive sessions, the festival is set to be kicked off by beloved historical author of Horrible Histories, Terry Deary, with his new book, A History of Britain in Ten Enemies.
