Phil Robinson is a highly experienced Director in our Residential Conveyancing department, in addition to being a specialist Public Notary – launching our Notary service in 2018!
An outstanding solicitor with a straightforward, personable approach, Phil brings decades of property law experience to his role, working on residential purchases and sales.
He is a member of a number of professional bodies, including the Notary Society, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Agricultural Law Association, as well as being an NFU Professional.
In his extensive Residential Property practice, Phil advises clients on a range of matters, including landlord and tenant cases, homes of multiple occupation and equity transfers and release.
Away from the office, Phil supports the Tockwith & District Agricultural Society as Honorary Legal Adviser – putting his legal prowess to the test for the community!
