A long-standing colleague in our Corporate team, Jessica is actually in her second tenure with Hethertons! She joined us as Head of Corporate in 2024, having previously worked with us between 2015 and 2018.
An expert in all areas of corporate work, Jessica delivers her work with a pragmatic and friendly approach, with particular experience in:
Additionally, she is adept at drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and terms and conditions.
Jessica’s primary clients are SMEs and owner-managed businesses, but she also has significant experience working with PLCs and handling international assignments across various sectors.
She is also a member of the Law Society!
Away from the office, Jessica is a keen sportswoman – with skiing and riding among her favourite activities! She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
