A long-standing colleague in our Corporate team, Jessica is actually in her second tenure with Hethertons!
She joined us as Head of Corporate in 2024, having previously worked with us between 2015 and 2018.
Jessica is an expert in all areas of Corporate Law, with extensive experience in share and asset sales, purchases, mergers, company restructuring, and shareholder agreements.
Additionally, she is adept at drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and terms and conditions.
Away from the office, Jessica is a keen sportswoman – with skiing and riding among her favourite activities! She is also a member of the Law Society and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
