We recently supported Auker Rhodes Accounting with acquiring York Cocoa House out of administration in a pre-pack deal.
Auker Rhodes Accounting is a Bradford-based firm that specialises in corporate and personal insolvency advice. Frazer Ulrick was appointed as administrator to York Cocoa House on 15 November 2023 and the Auker Rhodes team were actively involved in marketing York Cocoa House to potential buyers.
Tom Henry, Director of Commercial Property, led the team at Hethertons, who worked with Auker Rhodes to facilitate the acquisition of York Cocoa House by YCW Trading.
While YCW Trading owns the company, founder Sophie Jewett will continue to run the business.
