We recently supported master pâtissier, Florian Poirot, with the opening of a new shop in York in time for Halloween!
From Northern France to York, Poirot has established his stellar reputation for gourmet snacks, including macarons and candied fruit.
We handled the lease of the new premises, which includes a retail space and cafe to bring an exciting new experience to visitors and local people alike.
The business currently employs eight people at its Malton location and online store, with the new site creating additional jobs and opportunities for the community.
