With over 20 years’ experience across residential, commercial and agricultural property law, Khal is a valued member of our team.
Khal has worked with leading firms across Yorkshire and beyond and has advised a diverse client base including private individuals, national developers, government bodies and secondary lenders.
His expertise spans across residential conveyancing, commercial leases, property finance, and agricultural sales.
However, he is particularly skilled in handling development and commercial lending matters, including bridging loans, revolving credit facilities, and option agreements.
Throughout his career, Khal has been instrumental in building and developing property departments, leading teams and supporting business growth.
His commercial insight and technical expertise make him a trusted advisor to clients facing intricate property transactions.
Khal’s motivation to make a positive impact extends beyond his professional work as he successfully completed the world-famous Great North Run, the largest half marathon in the world, last year.
He was among 1,700 runners taking part for the Alzheimer’s Society, with an incredible £500,000 raised for the charity.
