Toby plays tennis in the York Mixed Doubles League and holds a Lawn Tennis Association coaching qualification. He also plays badminton and competitive chess in the second division of the York Chess Evening League.
Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement and Property Disputes. Toby has 25 years’ experience in dealing with a wide variety of complex and high value commercial disputes including those arising between company shareholders and within partnerships. In addition, he has extensive experience of business disputes involving breach of contract, professional negligence, landlord and tenant and intellectual property rights.
