Barbara is a keen walker and runner and enjoys spending time with her family.
Barbara joined Hethertons in September 2002 as Head of the Private Client Department and has over 21 years’ experience of drafting wills, codicils and Lasting Powers of Attorney, applying for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, dealing with the administration of estates and trusts, registering Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and applying for Deputyship Orders.
Barbara is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the specialist professional body for the trust and estate profession worldwide. Full STEP members are recognised as the most experienced practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
Barbara is also a member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly), a body of specialist legal professionals who aim to support vulnerable and older people with practical legal advice.
