For more than 70 years, Hethertons Solicitors has been advising individuals and businesses in York and the surrounding areas.
Our experienced team of lawyers handle matters relating to employment law, conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, dispute resolution and property (both commercial and residential).
We also run a dedicated Business Support Unit (BSU), providing proactive legal advice to local companies, and the Hethertons Employment Law Package (HELP!) – a fixed price service ideal for our business clients.
In 2011 we became the first law firm in York – and among the first in the UK – to achieve the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) status, which marks the firm out as meeting the very highest standards in the home-buying process.
