Barbara Stephens

Barbara Stephens is a Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of the Wills and Probate Department. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and joined Hethertons on qualifying. She is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and as such is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner. STEP is the specialist professional body for the trust and estate profession worldwide and full STEP members are recognised as the most experienced practitioners in the field of trusts and estates. She is also a Member of the Law Society's Probate Section. Barbara has extensive experience of drafting wills and powers of attorney, advising the elderly, Court of Protection work and the administration of estates and trusts.
