We have been helping people buy and sell property since 1948 and our service has now expanded to two offices across Yorkshire in Boroughbridge and our head office in York city centre.

We have a large and experienced residential conveyancing team headed by Claire Weatherley-Wright which deals with many property transactions each year.

Although we deal with lots of transactions we recognise that all matters are different and need an individual approach based on the needs of each client. We believe that it is important for each transaction to be dealt with by a dedicated conveyancer who has been involved from the outset and understands the needs and expectations of each client. We also offer a case tracking system which allows access and updates to be provided on a 24 hour basis.

We have invested heavily in training and software, which together with our knowledge of the local and nationwide property markets, means that we believe that we can offer a first class service.
