Toby Conyers-Kelly

Toby Conyers-Kelly is a Senior Associate Solicitor and the head of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Department. He has been qualified as a solicitor since 1983 and has spent almost the entirety of that time specialising in civil litigation work. Toby has a wide experience in civil and commercial litigation including commercial contract claims, professional negligence claims, disputes over land ownership, possession proceedings, tenancy disputes , agricultural property work, contentious probate, shareholder disputes and disputes over intellectual property rights. He also has a recognised expertise in the field of personal injury claims, particularly in acting for trade union members in accident claims arising from the workplace - locally he successfully dealt with a large number of claims for people who contracted asbestos-related diseases.

Jethro Powell

Jethro is an Associate Solicitor in the Civil & Commercial Litigation department. He was educated at University of Edinburgh and College of Law, York. Since qualifying in June 2004 he has developed expertise in a broad range of civil litigation issues, with a particular interest in personal injury claims.
